The taste is tough. I don’t get why cane sugar AND glucose syrup is needed. I want vitamins not candy. Especially since insulin resistance can be part of PCOS. But it did help my bloating in like a day.

Have dealt w/ irregular cycles since around 15yo, and didn't receive a diagnosis until I was 35-metformin regulated and helped with fertility. This damn chin hair about 15yrs(not too much, but) is annoying & leaving dark marks. If the excess growth was on my head, it'd be appreciated.

I’m about 4 days in taking them, bloating has gone down drastically, chins hairs usually grow back in like two days and they have yet to grow back. Also I usually crave sweets and desserts like everyday and since taking them I cooo off the sugary stuff
