Typically it’s not a universal key for the front door but they do for your outside storage! Don’t keep anything too valuable out there. I was a travel nurse for 6 years. Best time off my life. If I wouldn’t have met my husband during my travels I would still be at it!

This is the one we have. After about a year we could hear the mechanism working but it wouldn’t unlock. Keep the manual key on your person/car. Unlocked ours with the manual key a couple of times & all is good now. Apparently it’s common 😊

While the new lock may give you a little peace of mind, there’s nothing to those doors and can be popped open with a screwdriver
