Jeez… I had chronic migraines (still do), I’d take ibuprofen 800mg + a day for months. Are there any ways to see if I still have kidney issues? (Certain tests I can ask my doctor to order?)

By the end of my Army career I was addicted to Ibuprofen. I was taking 1600mg a day. I went cold turkey after I retired and endured 2 weeks of intense muscle pain as I was coming off. On doctor prescribed Meloxicam now.

there were days I took 800+ daily for migraines, and it definitely caused stomach issues down the line that has 180'd since I've stopped. also strengthening my neck all but fixed the migraines.

haven't had ibuprofen since jan 1st. feel tons better. less sore in gym. NSAIDs are really bad. protein pump inhibitors

A real doctor would never make these bold claims without supporting evidence. Intellectual content these days is full of these loud statements just tied together. Nobody holds these guys accountable when they’re wrong.
