Well Botox does paralyze muscles (although it should never have been done this way) but I am guessing it will resolve as Botox is not permanent

Botox paralysis is usually temporary and fades in 3–6 months, but when you’re injecting 62 units in a shed with no clue what you’re doing… yeah, things can go real wrong. Muscle or nerve damage takes way longer to heal. That’s why we don’t play medspa in the backyard. Good news is it most likely won’t stay paralyzed forever

You should read about the incident in Dublin, Tx. The injector held the client down due to anxiety and caused a seizure.
