30 minutes? Guaranteed you cannot do all that in under an hour. The cooking time for the chicken in the skillet and the oven were nearly 30 minutes. That doesn't include cutting the chicken and peppers. Why lie about it?

I'm very fortunate to be living by a traders Joe, but go get yourself some umami seasoning and use that too. it's amazing on chicken. my daughter is basically a chef. she cooks way better than me. she's 23 and she knows what she's doing. she uses it and let's just say I love it.
