Truth to the fact that he assaulted the guy once he spit in his face, even if the guy was trespassing. The guy showed no signs of violence or aggression, which didn’t give the owner the right to assault him by spitting out his face that is aggravated assault.

Okay, if a citizen knocks on your door and you tell him get off your property and homeowner, goes in his house. And take out his gun, an approach the person leaving his property. the owner should be arrested for menacing.
