I believe on chromebooks you can use APK files and have modded android games and use it basically as an android phone in laptop form, but even then with a good enough PC you can just run bluestacks or Memu (android emultors) and it will run just fine if you have the right specs

I have some of the newer chrombooks and u can download stuff on the playstorr on it like roblox, blockbuster etc. so yeah if u get the newer ones there useful
