Tasty fish sauce wings & grilled veggies. Ingredients: * Scored chicken wings * Salt & pepper * Oil * Sliced regular onions & red onions * Sliced bell peppers & tomatoes * Eggplant * Garlic & chilli * Chilli flakes * Water * Fish sauce * Rock sugar * Cooked rice noodles (firm) Instructions: 1. Rub the wings with some salt, then fry them in a pot until crispy and golden. Once done, remove. 2. In the same pot, add the garlic, chilli, and chilli flakes, and fry until fragrant. Take the pot off the heat, add a splash of water, fish sauce, pepper, and rock sugar, then stir until the sugar is fully dissolved. Return the wings and coat them thoroughly with the sauce. 3. Toss the veggies with some salt, pepper, and oil, then grill them slowly over charcoal until cooked through. Grill the eggplants until cooked through, then peel them. 4.
