I’m an IDVA, ask the police to put a marker on your address, if they have NFA’d then apply for a Non molestation order through court it’s free link here https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/apply-for-a-non-molestation-or-occupation-order-fl401 get in touch with your local women’s aid. They can get you safety planning extra locks, alarms and cameras. Collect any evidence and they can support you advocating to the police or completing your non mol if your in receipt of benefits you may be entitled to legal aid for a solicitor but women’s aid can only provide a merit letter for this if your working with them. Hope you get some help and support it is out there your not alone ❤️

The police don’t bloomin do anything anyway. My ex turned into my stalker he was outside with petrol threatening to burn me in the house. My 2 year old was in the house also. The police did nothing! I got a non molestation order against him. He broke it 3 times. They still did nothing. I know how scary this can be I hope you’re ok

Request IDVA support, they can support with cameras. The police should of made this referral. But they would of informed you about it. If he has a key get locks changed so you can take the keys out of the lock. That window is a risk with keys in the lock. The fire brigade can put a lock on your letterbox. A Panic button is also good to get a quick response. Do you have family you can stay over at to give you the head space you need. Another phone is also useful to hide somewhere safe... Really hope you're safe. 🙏

First thing I did was change the locks the night he left, I bagged all his stuff up put it in the living room woke up early the next morning put it all out in the porch and installed cctv on front and back… he turned up 20 minutes after I installed it, thank god I did… but he said exactly the same because he couldn’t get in even climbed over the back to try to enter the back door… I was watching him from the landing on my phone…

to be honest the police won't do anything until he does something as I went through this a few months back with my ex he threatened to burn my house down so told the police and they said that they couldn't do anything because they didn't have evidence so I told them what will you do something wen he burns my house down then so a few days later my ex tried to burn the house down lucky me and the kids wasn't at home then finally they have to do something we safe now so hope you will be ok

My ex was stalking me every where I went he was there I went to the police for help they said because he hadn’t done anything physical whilst stalking me he hadn’t done anything wrong my reply was when he kills me you can do him for murder well that’s helpful they ain’t no help and this was 16 years ago
