Owl man is Bruce Wayne without Morals or any self imposed limits. He wears an enhanced strength exo suit, uses Lethal weapons & has no problem killing. Batman would never fair well going 1 on 1 in a fight with him, even though they know all the same fight moves, it’s a certain level of ruthlessness and cruelty that Batman will never allow himself to use & Owlman thrives in that arena.
