In Simple term, create a standard operating procedures that entails, Logistics, consultation and evaluation fees. Share an E- copy of the SOP with the client before leaving your office. Focus on your niche and don't try selling to everyone. period 💯

like how much is ideal to charge for a consultation fee? coz for warri here, we do usually charge for it oh, coz it might discourage the client and look for someone else, the competition in warri is very tough.

I know someone that does this, he will call an artisan to come for measurements, he will get the measurements from them and take those measurements to market and buy himself, and then go ahead to look for another artisan that will install for him.

To be honest I am not disagreeing with your analysis on consultation fee at all it’s good Infact it’s one of the brilliant ways I’ve ever seen, but paying transportation and all sound some how to me I won’t lie I don’t joke with ppl’s professions I mean I love to pay as long I’m getting what I want. I prefer you charging me that logistics without me knowing at all and by that I mean you can actually incorporate that to the consultation fee.
