I am chearing for a strong a robust economy. Low interest rates scare the hell out of me. We are living in a time when housing prices are already way over inflated and lowering the interest rate is just going to skyrocket house prices again. Only way I could ever support a lower interest rate is if you change qualifications for those lower interest rates to only allow single person to qualify for the mortgage and not dual income. We need to do somethimg to reduce the cost of homes. American dream is dead for the younger generations until the cost of homes comes down.

Ultimately cutting rates too quickly leads to a really bad situation for the U.S. long term. But many want their lives to ease immediately, with little to no thought as to the ramifications down the road.

People tend to forget the sudden and rapid cut in interest rates increases the buying power and flow of money supply which if exceeds the gdp growth rate, leads back to more inflation ☠️
