I loved Truvani taste. But it constipated me so bad. I found out Chia seeds do that to me and didn’t realize that was one of the ingredients 😔.

Tried truvani spent 50$. I will be returning it back to HEB. Tried it multiple different ways. Protein was verry grity and had a weak flavor. If you wanna have a healthy gritty flavorless protein go for it…..Life’s about balance.
