@wlukfox11: More and more problems are sprouting up at The Fort at the Railyard mixed-income apartment complex in downtown Green Bay. The complex had its grand opening last Tuesday, after nearly six years of work and significant financing struggles to get the project going after the COVID-19 pandemic hit. Since then, Michelle Legois explained to FOX 11 that her HVAC company, Professional Heating and Air Conditioning, is still owed well over $200,000 for the work they did on the building. She's the seventh local business to file a lien against TWG and The Fort, the developers of the property. She's been trying for months to get the money she and her employees are owed. And it’s not just subcontractors facing problems, either. Residents who declined to go on camera out of fear of being evicted told FOX 11 that promised amenities are not being offered, apartment staff is minimal and getting apartment repairs is nearly impossible. #fyp #greenbay #greenbaywisconsin #apartment #apartmentliving #apartment #apartmentlife #affordablehousing #housingshortage
