@aalliioopp_: @T-Mobile you should be ashamed of yourself. No one is helping, no one will transfer us to a supervisor, and we can’t contact your corporate offices. #creatorsearchinsights #fyp #help #viral #customerservice #badservice
Why wouldn’t you go into a store? You did this to yourself. People like you drive me CRAZY

when u port out ur lines to other service provider, that doesnt mean ur acct will be automatically cancel,u should pro actively request it to the cx service. This goes to all service providers in US. FYI.

Funny thing is, before I saw your video complaining about T-Mobile, I watched someone else complaining about Verizon too. At this point, switching carriers just means choosing a different set of problems. None of them are perfect it's just a matter of picking which headache you can live with.

Instead of reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, I would file a complaint with your state Attorney General’s office

LIKE WHAAT? COME ON BRUH🤔🤔

maybe you still owe for your phones because once the port out has been process the account was automatically cancelled. and u will just pay for ur final bill either with the last usage of the service or the remainder of your installment devices

It doesn’t make sense that T-Mobile is still charging u when you’ve confirmed that all the lines on the account were successfully transferred to Verizon. The only possible reasons for continued charges would be if there was a remaining balance before the port-out, or if there were still active lines on the account that weren’t proactively canceled. But just to clarify, once all numbers are ported out and u are already using Verizon services, those lines should be automatically canceled. If all the lines were really ported out successfully, then why are you still getting charged every month?

this is why we need to check and monitor our bank statement every month so you can control and dispute as early as possible

I'm sorry to hear about this. You just need to have the right customer Service Representative to take care of this in order to settle the issue because this is very ridiculous. Idk why but some agents didn't take good care and do the job done as it should.

i dont know if this goes for other services, but i worked with Xfinity billing and ATT retention before. everytime they port out their number to other services, the line will Automatically cancel. The bill will keep on showing up when you have an outstanding balance like for the previous service usage and/or installment of your phone.

I had the opposite problem. Verizon kept charging me for 3 months after I canceled and switched to T-Mobile. this is making me think they're all trying this bs to see what they can get away with. I had to call a lot, no one could help in store, I tried, and it was finally resolved. I never paid so no refund just a lot of bills and threats of collections. I don't auto pay anything because of things like this

literally having the same issue and went to store and the store has come to my store. Every month they say, “we’re crediting your account” and now it’s in collection. This is an account I tried for 1 day!!! And cancelled because it didn’t work in my area.
