Are you absolutely certain that the concentration of the vial is 200mg/ml? I’ve looked for quite a bit and can’t find an example of a vial like that. Are you sure you didn’t misread the 200mg/5ml part of the vial? I’m not trying to disparage you, and I also distrust basically all doctors when it comes to hrt, but this concentration seems like a thing that just doesn’t exist. Also, levels like that can happen from doing your test too soon after injection, as your levels will spike a couple days

hey just FYI when they take your bloods makes a huge difference and how you take your oestrogen also makes a huge difference - your E level might not be that high all of the time

I'm gonna be honest. I really don't think most doctors have any idea what they're doing when it comes to mtf hrt. My current endo says that there's a lot of debate amongst other endocrinologists about what the right estrogen levels are and the answers vary so drastically it's concerning

im so tired of doctors bc wdym i just found out (from another dr after complaining about a chronic back pain that started in my mid teens) that i have a (now healed) compression fracture in my back. I literally had xrays done 2 months ago where my dr said its a muscle problem bc they arent strong enough and they didnt find anything wrong with my back xray. but the dr who did my xray this time literally showed me exactly what he was talking about and explained it right then and there. 🥲

hey so i don't know what form of estrogen you take, but just as a warning if you use gel and have the blood drawn from the same area it's applied it can cause contaminated results where the esteogen reading will be way higher than what it truly is
