I have a wild theory, imagine if Galactus knows Franklyn has word/ reality warping powers and wants him to get rid of the hunger. I could also see Franklyn being able to either get rid of The Void or separate The Void from Bob. And Maby he’s being set up to be the sort of “Macguffin” that everyone wants their hands on, especially Doom to possibly create his Battleworld for Secret Wars
