Karlach is the only character Minthara will cry over. If romanced, she begs Karlach to keep living and swears to go down in to Avernus no matter what to destroy Zariel for what she did to Karlach. Wyll/Karlach is so sweet but Minthara loves Karlach in a way that brings out the sensitive side of her. She’s the ride or die Karlach deserves.
