I have this. I had to stop taking it because it was giving me the shakes so bad. my hands would shake so bad I couldn't even do my makeup. I don't know why it does that to me.

I know it doesn’t work for a lot of people but I have it it does work for me however I’ve been inconsistent so if you take it properly it’ll work fine but maybe some don’t need it and maybe it’s not working I think it depends on the person cause everyone is different
