I didn’t have green cotton candy on hand so I dusted the white cotton candy with matcha powder to add the color. Make sure to work with a frozen cheesecake and that when making your cheese holes that you make the divots DEEP. The holes will lose some definition once the cheesecake is dipped in chocolate. I used @Stover & Company eleven o one deluxe melting wafers because they are a smooth thin consistency that keeps the detail on treats when you dip.
