Sulpher Springs is the safest and yo get to have a great view of natural springs and a theater in the community plus you got a casino with a dog track. Can’t beat it. Everything is so close ppl walk and ride bikes.

What do you expect there's segregation of classes of course it's going to be safe from crime. Poverty equals crime rate at it's highest the rich are privileged they have the money to pay for protection while the poor pretty much have to deal with all the bs.
