i’ve been going through survival mode like full on survival mode cause my family members relationship is toxic and has been putting me at risk it’s been a week since i kicked them tf out after 3 years of tryna help them, im still feeling it all in my body and in my head sometimes i don’t even take a full breathe the whole day and my chest and stomach and back all that neck shoulders jaw just hurt.
