@sooziethefoodie: This is the easiest appetizer to impress friends and family this summer- salami pate! If you can’t tell I’m obsessed with all things charcuterie! I saw a video of salami tartare and I had to try and make it into a pate type of vibe! The parm and balsamic pearls made this the perfect bite 😍 The best part is this only took me about ten minutes to make! I used peppered salami, cornichons, and balsamic pickled baby pearl onions to make the “pate”. I blended that together then added it to a mild. I recently moved and still can’t find a lot of my stuff in the boxes so I improvised and used a cut up plastic cup 🙈 I served this with rosemary crackers and it truly was a perfect bite. Sometimes the most simple dishes are the most satisfying! #salamepate
