change the oil every hundred miles. Better safe than sorry, right? I’m OEM engine & transaxle engineering. Do it as often as the manufacturer says. Stop the unnecessary/outdated 3k or 5k thing.

210k miles 07 Lexus is250 brand new solenoids, valve cover gasket, tbi tfi maintenance, water pump, alternator, every 5k I change my oil and brand new struts and shocks all stock no mods recently had to change my mass airflow sensor but it runs flawless
