be accountable for your own drinking, it’s passing the blame and responsibility. though bartenders should be serving responsibly, we as a society accept over drinking as fine. so who’s to say who’s too drunk? even the law needs tests and tools to test for level of intoxication

I live 3 houses down. London ontario. it wad absolutely wild. the fireball was so big, we thought a bomb dropped. we spent 18 hours trying to locate people, evacuation and a bit of clean up. it was so crazy. im still a little scared

I have an RSA and the girl is actually right to sue. By law (at least in Australia) a bartender isn't allowed to serve someone who's heavily intoxicated

Where I live a bar got sued and fined pretty much out of existence because a guy drank too much they got him a cab to leave and go home. The cab left with him in the back ,down the street. He got out of the cab walk back to his vehicle got in and killed two people in a DUI on the highway and somehow the bar was responsible This was also in Ontario.
