![Austin St. John, Walter Emanuel Jones, David Yost, Thuy Trang, Amy Jo Johnson, and Jason David Frank headline the definitive 6-member original retrospective for Haim Saban and Shuki Levy's 1993 cultural phenomenon, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. Premiering on Fox Kids on August 28, 1993, the live-action superhero series revolutionized children's television by merging Japanese Super Sentai action footage with American teen drama set in fictional Angel Grove, California. The core lineup was anchored by 19-year-old martial artist Austin St. John as Red Ranger Jason Lee Scott, 23-year-old Walter Emanuel Jones as Black Ranger Zack Taylor, and 24-year-old David Yost as Blue Ranger Billy Cranston. The roster was rounded out by Thuy Trang as Yellow Ranger Trini Kwan, who tragically passed away in 2001 at age 27, 23-year-old gymnast Amy Jo Johnson as Pink Ranger Kimberly Hart, and Jason David Frank as iconic Green Ranger Tommy Oliver, who passed away in 2022 at age 49. Exactly 33 years have passed since the team first shouted their transformation cry. Witness the real, entirely unembellished facial journeys from their career-defining 1993 premiere to their status in 2026, captured cleanly in a single comparative image. 📸 🎬 Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Cast Timeline Summary (1993 Premiere vs 2026 Status) • Amy Jo Johnson [Pink Ranger] (Born 1970-10-06) : Age 23 in 1993 ➔ Age 56 in 2026 • Austin St. John [Red Ranger] (Born 1974-09-17) : Age 19 in 1993 ➔ Age 52 in 2026 • Thuy Trang [Yellow Ranger] (1973 - 2001) : Age 20 in 1993 ➔ Passed away in 2001 (Aged 27) • David Yost [Blue Ranger] (Born 1969-01-07) : Age 24 in 1993 ➔ Age 57 in 2026 • Jason David Frank [Green Ranger] (1973 - 2022) : Age 20 in 1993 ➔ Passed away in 2022 (Aged 49) • Walter Emanuel Jones [Black Ranger] (Born 1970-11-30) : Age 23 in 1993 ➔ Age 55 in 2026](/video/cover/7695166672281390356.webp)
