@sammierdgz: WFH with a toddler is not for the weak. I’m super fortunate to have a flexible employer, a supportive partner, and a village of family who help us make it work. I’ve been in this role for a year now, and during the school year, my son is in preschool. But for summer breaks, holidays that he’s off and I’m not, I usually juggle both. 😵‍💫 The hacks that are helping right now? Finding a daily errand to break things up—this week it’s an oil change, a car wash, and a grocery run—and letting him make his own lunch. 😆 It’s messy, but it keeps him busy and gives me a few minutes of peace.
