How do you know about ground leases? Of course a realtor could find out but is it listed somewhere? I’ve also heard newer metros like Celina you have to pay a MUD tax

I’ve lived in the McKinney area my entire life. I had no idea that was even a thing. I saw see a few of those lower price points come across my Zillow. Now it makes sense. Good to know.
