This was not the first time this has happened at this property which they did not disclose . Follow up with the agent and ask for the insurance carrier information. Ask your renters insurance to look up for any prop claims for flooding at this address as well

You can see how high the waters been by how high they painted the wooden posts 😌 you can probably get out of your lease. MD law protects the tenant, ask your attorney

Moved to MD bc my husband got a job here after the military as an army civ I had never heard of a sump pump before… our house has two sump pumps in the basement I also have two exterior sump pumps and an extra one for the pool just in case IT gets over filled the houses here weren’t built correctly don’t buy or rent a Ryan home

Should have been proactive and started moving your items off the ground!!! Can’t fix it in the middle of it!!! Not saying it’s ok but…it’s a rental I’m more worried about my things really!! You can see it coming in the door!!! It was not going to end well!!
