My younger self would want all sorts of luxury like cars, motorcycle and bikes. Expensive clothes and shoes is nothing cause I wanna impress and I thought that was happiness. Now all I want is groceries & a peaceful life. ☺️

This is true and the feeling of contentment as well. Suddenly, I don't want to climb the corporate ladder. As long as I can eat and buy everything I want, no debts, and having a peaceful mind every night, I'm good.

Haaay I used to be confused why older friends and families no longer do things they used to love doing. I realized the older you get, the harder it is to find inner peace. Being alone doesn’t mean you are lonely. Sometimes it’s that one thing we need to calibrate and survive.

This really hits home. Late last year, I started paying closer attention to anyone or anything that disturbs my peace. I sit with it, figure out what needs to be done, and if doesn’t serve me, I let it go. It takes effort, sometimes even privilege. I just hope we all get to live a life that feels good on the inside. One that we can truly enjoy. 🥹💛
