Ive heard they run out of paint quickly and you have to constantly buy more. is this accurate? do they have refills you can buy? or do you have to buy the whole pen set again

a tip to really get them flowing: take the end off and plug the hole with blu tack or some type of putty. They work beautifully even without doing this but it helps the ink flow faster.
