last time I was stopped they were excellent, I had an indicator out and a loose coupling but they simply asked me to tighten the coupling and to get a new bulb. Very quick turn around with minimal hassle. One officer told me they are no longer government funded and have to self generate their own funding. That's a concern.

DVSA the biggest jobsworths on the planet. My mate got an £100 fine for going over his 4:30 driving time. It was his first time and traffic caused the delay.
