my sister has the same condition, but shes didn't get diagnosed because she scared. she always plucked her hair out when shes stressed, or when theres something in her mind. her pillow always full of hair she plucked, her head got less hair in the middle, sometimes at the side too. I remembered she started plucking her hair because she like the texture of the hair roots, but as time goes by, it became a habit. she spend her money buying hair product because she was insecure about her head. she wear beanie/often tie her hair to avoid herself from plucking it. she still struggle from it. might not be easy for her, but I still love her tho, I hope she'll recover ❤

i have this condition also..why did you chose to shave your hair? My hair is very long actually but now it's very thin cause got bald spot everywhere . I've been thinking to cut it short, but not sure whether it's the best option...
