@___xosh: If you were ever consider adopting a cat, now is the time. Kittens are easily adopted while older cats get overlooked constantly. These cats are healthy and still have long lives ahead of them, and rescuing older cats is so so rewarding. Their owner lost her husband and experienced foreclosure because of his medical bills and is now sick herself and unable to care for them. Now she is forced to move and her new housing won't allow her to keep her babies. She was forced to vacate her home today, and my angel of a friend stepped up to foster, but is leaving town this Wednesday so we need to find a solution by then. Shelters will NOT accept older pets and it would be a death sentence for them anyways. Any rescue within a 100 mile radius is being contacted as you are reading this.
