I’m a private jet pilot and this guy makes $90k year minimum (no overtime) , and I make $170k-and took me years of training, college degree, and years of paying my dues to get to $170k, yeah I would fire them all too and hire new guys at $18-23 hour

you may earn that money but you are not going anywhere else and making that rate. Skilled tradesmen some of them don't make that rate. The problem with good wages everybody still wants more and then wonder why companies eliminate jobs or automate them.

In my experience UPS does a 1000x better job with placement of my packages and driving slow down my driveway watching out for my dogs🥰 well deserved wage

The pay and benefits don’t make it a “career” McDonald’s job is almost as difficult they just don’t pay much. If you think about it, they both require same level of education to both cook or drive ups
