Having a square foot estimator on your website is wild. There is no way that ever works. The only way pricing by the square foot works is if you have the same exact lot in the same exact plan over and over and over again. As a GC when people ask “what does it cost per square foot“. I laugh.

Just goes to show you never bid unless you look at it but all you guys wanna sit there in your little offices and throw numbers at everybody useless people little bit of time a little bit of gas a little bit of talking to the people what they want then you get the job easy
