I suffered a work-related injury on August 5, 2025. I was working as a truck driver when I fell from the truck and lost consciousness for more than 30 minutes. Since the accident, I have been diagnosed with a concussion and have experienced constant headaches and tinnitus (ringing in both ears). I also injured my neck, lower back, and both knees. I underwent MRI scans and received injection treatments for my neck, lower back, and both knees, but none of these treatments have improved my condition. For the past year, I have only been receiving weekly workers' compensation wage-loss benefits. I am wondering whether I should hire a workers' compensation attorney. However, some attorneys have told me that I do not need one yet until they ask you .

My worker’s comp adjuster added one word to the first piece of paper filled with with the State. I didn’t proof read it like I should and I didn’t catch it. She then refused to fix it. She’s trying to threaten me with sending the field nurse to Drs appts, canceling my PT. I’m so disappointed
