my teeth were sore going into my last appt so they said they'd hold off and wait to change the wire until my next appt, since my teeth are still shifting with this wire.

I think I had more discomfort when they started changing the shape of the wire and thickness. From circle to square/rectangle. Rectangle comes more so at the end of treatment, I believe.
