overconsumption and underexersion, we eat too many calories without knowing what a calorie is and we dont exercise enough. it has nothing to do with how "whole foods" are "healthier" its all caloric intake

I'm gunna get ALOT of hate but I think we pay too much attention to this I bodybuild and am considered obese as most others are being skinny with no muscle mass is cool you'll live like 5 more years but I'd rather live my life strong and athletic
