Carney capitulated to Trump ... there is nothing remaining to negotiate before August 1st. He should bring his "zero tariff" negotiators home ... and give Joly a new script ..... it will be 35% to 50% tariff on 90% of goods Canada exports ... companies like Canada's largest aluminum producer (who announced THEY have paid $300 million of tariffs so far) ... will essentially be sending checks to America ... nice!
