reese’s stuffed dark chocolate chip cookies 🤎🍪 one of my fav cookies omg  recipe: ¾ cup browned salted butter (170g) ¾ cup brown sugar (150g) ¼ cup granulated sugar (50g) 1 large egg 1 tbsp heavy cream (15g) 1 tsp vanilla (5g) 2 cups all-purpose flour (240g) 2 tbsp cornstarch (16g) ½ tsp baking soda (3g) ¼ tsp salt (1.5g) dark chocolate chips (measure with your heart) reese’s cups dark chocolate squares for stuffing extra dark chocolate for dipping/drizzling extra reese’s for topping in a bowl whisk together the warm ( not hot ) browned butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until glossy. add the egg, heavy cream, and vanilla and whisk until smooth. fold in the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt until just combined. fold in your dark chocolate chips. scoop the cookie dough and flatten slightly. stuff each cookie with a piece of dark chocolate and a reese’s, then seal and shape the dough into tall cone like cookie dough balls. ( this helps keep the cookies thick ) bake at 375f until the edges are golden but the centers are still soft. while the cookies are still warm, shape them for the perfect cookie shape.  let the cookies cool slightly before topping with reese’s so they don’t completely melt. for the chocolate shell, melt dark chocolate and spoon little circles onto parchment paper. place the bottoms of the cookies onto the melted chocolate and place into the freezer until set. drizzle with more dark chocolate & enjoy :)   #reeses #cookies #chocolatechipcookies #Recipe #baking
