my notes app is full of all my triggers 🙃 and anxious thoughts. I thought i was healing, but now that im in a healthy relationship im doing so much healing work! I forget to be patient with myself.

This is a great reminder ser to honestly take a breath and reassure myself. Thank you! Today we hear intentions are by communicating all day long or gifts and putting a title. Where it is really just enjoying the time of day as a whole but with them in it when they can. 😊
