Tylenol, parm garlic mashed potatoes (sometimes w/gravy), and chick fil a Mac n cheese (honestly eating something makes me feel better and the pain honestly goes away in like 1-3 days) (Tylenol before and after appointments and also when the pain gets really bad) 1 milkshake after every appointment (a deal I have with my parents because I in fact, did not wish for braces and love love and it makes me feel better🫶🏼)
