Out of curiosity, have you talked about mavacamten with your cardiologist before? It was specifically made for people with genetic HOCM since it’s so debilitating, which I’m sure you already know if you’ve heard of it

CHF year 19 here. I'm 51. Aortic valve w 3x ohs. 2022 added asthma bordering copd. Kidneys compromised due to heavy diuretics. I'm so tired, yet look so normal. Prayers for you and us all.
