What’s the point of having sales associates if they can’t make any decisions? Might as well just let people talk to the sales manager directly or give the associates some power to negotiate.

I remember when we had a guy at a dealership and he did all our deals. No back and forth. Just him and financing. Even followed him when he went to a different place. Car buying is now the least enjoyable thing ever.
