He didn't shoot that. First of all his rifle barrel was aimed way too low and behind the drone when he fired, and second when he did shoot there was about a one second delay from when he shot and the drone actually got hit. I think they intended to make it look like he shot it but actuality something else was happening here.

that's illegal to do. you don't own the airspace above your house... you can put a complaint with the FFA and the local police. this will get you arrested. you cant account for where your bullet goes shooting it into the air like that.

You do own the sky over your property to infinity, but airplanes and other vehicles have easement for transit. If they are sitting above your house and it’s consistent, that’s a different story. But it’s a federal crime to shoot down a drone or any aircraft. Just FYI.
