yes. this works for my ADHD employees without issues. I mostly let them have freedom in how they do work tho.

the funniest thing about this is that if i was left alone to my task and allowed to do it my way i would finish a months worth of work in the span of a day or 2.

Or show explain what you need why you need it that way. And they can do whatever they want to get to your goal. Even if the path looks weird as long as it gets you your destination you’re good to go. He’ll they may chron automate that task so you may not see any results for a while and then get all the results one day before deadline.

im so annoyed with these. I've been literally wrongfully terminated from a company for my adhd (directly addressed in termination although the severance I got paid for quiet a few months was sweet since they were found by my report to the state.) that's nothing compared to the dozens of corporate companies or you know all of them at this point, that do nothing but go out of their way to get rid of employees at lower tiers and make basically slave labor...... does anything even matter anymore.... should I even point these things out? my god I wish we lived in a different world.🙃
