my ribs on the right side and it swells up enuf for me to feel the difference and the docs say can't see it but the pain is terrible

I'm post menopausal and achy on my major joints. I've been told it's planta fascia and carpal tunnel in my wrists and I've been taking amatryptoline sadly it's doing nothing. Dr will not give me HRT just told me it's my age
