@plloyka: shaky hands is a cursee. ALSO for armor it’s easier to use textured brush and start super rough in the beginning, then go in with defining and crosshatching. hope this was helpful!! — #procreatetutorial #armor

note: armor ALWAYS reflects the colours around it! that's why yellow background = yellowish colours. blue sky = bluish hue. then again, depends on the metal, but most of the time that's how armor works!!

i also find it easier when drawing armor like this that keeping zoomed out almost the entire time really helps u not get too focused on the details too early! (or having a reference of ur drawing pulled up to the side that way u can still see it from afar) + blocking in the shapes like u said is EXTREMELY important and helpful when first starting. and reflective lighting is a MUST when drawing armor/even in a dark setting !! scratches and texture and wear and tear from battles is so cool :D it would be kinda weird to have armor w no damage on it. texture and references are literally ur best friend when coloring armor. and color/saturation also looks rlly good depending on the surrounding colors. ive been studying how to draw armor lately and everything u said is super helpful💪🏼 just some more helpful tips for anyone reading!!💕 (ur art is amazing btw😳)
