OK he had a gun. Everybody should be asking did he point the gun at the cop if he didn’t point the gun at the cop, then he should not been shot. It sounds like there’s a possibility the cop panicked

Yall crazy as hell, he’s allowed to have a gun In his own home cops or no. His finger was off the trigger, probably had safety on. Hands down by his hips, no sudden movements. Bad shoot any day. Wasn’t a smart choice but didn’t warrant 6 shots to the chest. Cop was just jumpy.
